In accordance with the resolution of the Central Committee of the Mongolian People’s Revolutionary Party in 1958, the six-month training program for 60 volunteer cultural workers and artistic personnel at local Ulan bulan and Cultural Centers was organized from 1959, with the aim of improving their professional skills. In the 1984-1985 academic year, the Cultural Enrichment Middle School was established and began teaching Mongolian folk dances under the guidance of Professor Namilidori. Between1991-1992, when the credit system was introduced in Mongolian higher education, dance teachers with college and bachelor’s degrees were trained.

To meet the requirements for tiered training, the school started a vocation.al training program at urban and local schools from the 2004-2005 academic year, providing support for teaching staff and material resources.
In 2005-2006, as vocational education was established at Cultural HighSchool, six majors were set up and a dance class was opened to enroll graduates of the 9th grade. Five-year training was conducted continuously, with special emphasis on integrating basic dance training with college-level content.
