University of Salzburg

The University of Salzburg has a history stretching back to 1622 and is located in and around the Unesco World Heritage designated historic centre of a city famous for its impact in the world the performing arts and vibrant contemporary creative industries. The close link between music and dance studies sets the department apart from others in Europe, and is embodied by our faculty, the provision of the department’s dance studio, and reflected in the department’s archival collections.
